We own a very small company and had a great credit card processing company, until this guy came into my office and offer me a better deal. (cpc) This on or just before september 15th after my former credit card processing heard he asked if he could look over what they was offering. I said sure, he looked at everything and told he could lower my fees even more and that this was not a honest company. So three I might have the machine three weeks and never processed any credit cards, I sent it back. I followed all their instructions to cancel.in the meantime
they were charging small fees until they got it processed for cancelation. Four months later they still drafting money out my account. On January 5th they charged my account twice for 105.50 at the same time. I went to my bank to dispute it, they told me after 24 hours you won't get your money back, but they put a block from them to get any more. I called and complained and explained all what to place. They are saying they never recieved the machines back. Because there were two machines they are charging me twice. Then I learned that the machines are in my name and the other is in my husband's.
These people are not the kind of people you want to deal with. You can it all by the book but they come up with more excuses why they are charging you. They want to charge me the machines for four years, because they claim they never received the machines back. That's a bunch B.S. I have no other choice, to turn them over to the bbb and seek a attorney. For your sake please do not deal with scam artist.
