I sent my friend $180.00. He lives in Brazil and after awaiting the look for 2 weeks, he ultimately obtained it simply to discover he couldn't cash it everywhere in Brazil.
Why might paypal deliver him a check he couldn't money? They understood it
Our friend actually attempted cashing it in a Citibank and may not.
Both people have named and created paypal often and after a variety of reasons, haven't had any achievement in obtaining my cash delivered to my bank account (where it had been removed).
Paypal is dishonest plus one must be done about them
I'm going elsewhere on the web to protest. I'll do whatever it requires!!!
