Americas Serving Company i mail my payment on time each month. It takes 2 to 3 weeks before it gets posted They harrass me all the time at work and at home. Des Moines, Newark New Jersey

This company bought out my note from another loan company 6mths ago. Every time Imail my payment in, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get back to my bank.in the mean time they are calling and harrassing me at work and at home about my payment. I have sent it, and it has not been posted. They have threatened several times about forecloser when I only owe the one month. I am currently trying to get my house refianced to get away from this company. They are a nitemare.
