America's servicing company a division of wells fargo bank foreclosed on our home. They bought my mortgage
i got laid off and was unable to make my payment $420.00
i spoke to them and they put me on a repayment program $800. For 8 months tried my best to keep up but could not. Got behind again so they put me on another repayment plan almost $1200 made these payments for a few months trying to get caught up. Got laid off again and could not make payment so they started forclosure.
Tryed to get a different loan but was unable.
I found someone to buy the house and pay i off. Requested payoff for over a month kept getting the run around (you have to talk to legal dept, you have to speak with manager). Finally received pay off 6 days after judgement for foreclosure so they would not sell.
Now i received a 1099 in the mail for $25.000 that i have to claim as income so i have lost our home of over 15 years out all the money i paid into it and owe a IRS on top of it
