Do Not Pay for c.D. Scam before reading this. I read someone elses story about this company after I paid them for my cd in which I have never received. I was searching for the company on the web and found nothing checked my e-mail, nothing, but from the grant people and grant for you (same thing which offers credit card offers.) I called the grant people and they said they don't send out c.D.'s, so I searched again on the web knowing I was scammed because if you order something they would give you a confirmation number or some type of contact information. NONE what so ever.
While searching for information on this company. This website caught my attanetion because it said everything that was happening to me. I called while reading other peoples experience.
I spoke to a representative who said her name was Lesalle and she said my c.D. Was mailed to me, I lied and said I spoke with the post office then I said when was it mailed she did not answer then I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone and said her name was Heather something. I told her I order the C.D. On 12/19 and never received it. Heather said it was sent out on 12/21/06. Today they charged me 29 dollars and something, but it was declined. I said your ad indicates a charge of 3.97 and it does not mention any other charges will occur within 14 days. Regardless, I paid and no cd. Then I told her I am on the internet and it shows that others have not received a cd and if I receive the cd, is that how you get info. From other credit cards stealing peoples identity. She said no, but started offering me things. I aske twice when will I get the cd. She replied the week. When??? This week. I asked her name. She paused and said Kendra. I said and your last... She replied Harding after pausing to think again. That made me feel like I have been played. I asked, "and what is the name of the company, she said fast so that I could not comprehend, Raven Media. Of course I had her keep repeating it until I wrote it down correctly. Basically, don't be played like i was. During the holiday's, people pray on the poor offering this that are not true. When it is too good to be true, it is!
