Ordered free disk grant master. Had to pay$2.29 shipping and handling.
This all I agreed to be charged to my card.
I had two people call me 6-30 and one 7-1 from Raven media wanted to verfey my order for the free disk. The last one was very rude. I told him I did not want anything from his co. I asked for the superviser he would not let me talk to a superviser. He hung up.
I called customers support. I told them that I did not want any thing from their co. She pulled up my account. She said I had a charge for $39.95 and$2.29 charged to my card.
I told her that I did not aprove the $39.95 chg.
I did not know any thing about the chg. Or what it was for.
She asked if I made two orders. I told her no. She said one was made 6-16 for $39.95 and one 6-18 for $39.95.
I told her I had never opened a account with Raven media. I asked for a supervisor I told her I wanted credit for both charges. She said she would close my account and give me credit for both $ 39.95 charges. That would leave only a $2.29 chg.
I had told that I thought this was against the law to do business in this way.
I do not like rip offs. I have had it before with three co in ut. And one magazine co. Three magazines.
Had I not called I would of had at least $ 79.90 charged to me.
