PROMISES The World, DELIVERS NOTHING, THIEF, Major Scam Artist Wants all $ upfront, and then stalls in order to bilk you out of more $ while doing nothing

People who have problems with the IRS need representation in dealing with the IRS.

I came across Mr. Vinci thru another party. He said he would file my offer in compromise and get it taken care of within 90 days.

Since this wasn't my first offer, it would only be $695. I paid 1/2. Then, on another phone call after I had paid, it increased to over $3000!!

He backtracked and said he had forgotten what he had quoted. He then said he started my case and had presented an OIC. COMPLETE baloney as he didn't have ANY of the supporting documents and our signatures required by the IRS.

DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!!! He tells a great story as long as you don't question the details. As soon as you catch him in his stories, he stops returning phone calls.
