I got this letter in the mail that i had to pay this acoount off in full. I called and offered a payment of 100.00 monthly that is all i can afford and they would not take it. How is that fair. My payments were 77.00 and we fell behind and now the bill is up to 1299.12 they gave me some opitions of settlement of 1104.25 or 3 monthly payment of 433.04 or 3 monthly payment of 259.82 with 519.65 down.
I could not do either of those and offered them 100.00 monthly that is what i was doing for the last 6 months and for some reason they just stop taking it out of my account... How can they just turn do payment and stop taking them out and say i stopped paying that is not true they stopped taking the money out of my account i didn't and now thye say they will take me to court how can they do this i have been paying they stopped taking... Now it is going to court how can they sue you for them refussing the money themselves. If they garnise my wages it will be less than i offer... This is not fair for a company to refuse payment i thought something was better than nothing... I will never go thru gateway ever again...
