EDP debited $159.95 from my checking account without my authorization causing $100's of in overdraft fees. I never received the "credit card" I supposedly applied for. Valley Village california

This scam artist company debited $159.95 from my checking account causing overdraft fees. I never applied for this card nor did I ever receive it in the mail. I tried calling the company and nothing happens. I hope a lawyer or someone decides to do something about this.
