I received a letter in the mail from First National Credit, stating that I was pre approved for a gold card with a credit limit of $15,000. The letter stated that I could use the card anywhere as soon as I got it. Also, I had to send in $37.00 for them to send me the card or $44.00 for rush delivery. They stated that if I was not satisfied whatsoever, that I could return the entire package, and be fully refunded. So I sent in $44.00 for a rush delivery to receive the package as soon as possible.
When I received the package, I was disappointed to see that I could only use this card to order purchases out of a magazine that they provided for you. I immediately resealed the package, and had my mother (who is a postal worker) return the package, so I could get my guaranteed refund. It's been over a month and a half now and I still haven't received my refund, and frankly, I'm quite upset. I know I was scammed, and I want other people to know that First National Credit is not a company that you should insure with your money.
