Ripoff - Rude Customer Service Representatives

In GMAC tried to foreclose on my home despite bankruptcy protection. I was up to date on all of my payments, but two. The reason why I was missing two payments was because I was told verbally and in writing that I was two months ahead on my mortgage. Before I went on vacation, I received a letter from GMAC's attorney stating that I was six months behind on my mortgage and that I owed 1931.00. When we went to court and my attorney stated that I should have 33 payments but I had 31, I told them was I was told and showed them what I was sent.in order to settle the case, I payment the 1931.00 because I was pregnant and being under stress does not help the baby. Fast forward to 1 1/2 year later and they are at it again. I want to file a class action suit against them. How do I go about that.
