Prudential offered group disability through company plan and things went well until surgery was required to correct torn discs that resulted from an assault.
Prudential has a long history of entering into bad faith policies, as I have since learned, after 5 weeks of silence and complete disregard for benefits I hired an attorney to pursue a bad faith action. He has a history with Prudential and expects another long fight, Prudential never wins they just drive the costs so high most just give up!
It turns out that Prudential decided having torn discs repaired is an "elective procedure" and I should have continued traveling across the country in an air ambulance trying to conduct business.
Don't waste your money on Prudential products, unless you have a "Legal attack" dog leashed and barking, otherwise you're the rock you thing you're buying for security is your financial tomestone.
