In May of My automobile was stolen from my place of employment. Prudential Fianancial as of Feb 19 still has not settled my claim. The adjusters have told the Ohio department of insurance that this is due to a lack of cooperation on my part.
I have filed, sent and provided Prudential with every form and proof of paperwork that they have asked me to, The investigator on the case went as far as to go to my local police station and gave false information that was to used to press false charges and investigation against me.
This has caused me a enormous financial burden and caused serious problems in my relationship with my fiance, as well as causing personal friends to refuse to talk to me. I recommend that any person using or considering Prudential financial as their insurance carrier to reconsider their choice and options that are available to them.
It seems to me that Prudential Financial has problems paying their claims, this may be due to a lack of funds or bankruptcy "I don't know". But this company is practicing very bad faith with their policies and people need to be warned.
