Rip off dishonest fraudulent billing

I have been with citifinancial and been paying for three years and im know owe more than i did, i miss payment and have been threatend, that if i dont send my payment i will take my home, i filled for bankrupcy and i never put this account in there, i cant belive the rip off this company is make to thousands of pepole, i want justice done as soon as possible.
