Owe More After Three Years of Payments, Home Threatened

I have been with Citifinancial and have been paying for three years, and I now owe more than I did. I missed a payment and have been threatened that if I don't send my payment, they will take my home. I filed for bankruptcy and I never put this account in there. I can't believe the rip-off this company is making of thousands of people. I want justice done as soon as possible.
