Evidently MBNA was bought by Bank of America. These people who'd charge cards with MBNA be seemingly having lots of difficulty opening their claims online. The net address: ibsnetaccess.com simply doesn't function, no packages. Only a simple white page. I'd two MBNA balances, one Mastercard plus one CHARGE.
Too bad about that since there are certainly a large amount of furious people out below and that I wish all may contemplate leaving their cards.
