Late fees contantly added to my bill even though I paid 400.00 over payment due the day I recieved it and have confirmation number and canceled ck

EMC constantly charges me late fees even though last month I paid by phone and have a confirmation number. They also bumped me from 7.75% to 10.45% Can't wait to get rid of them..
