EMC's seal is "Proven Performance"... The only thing they have proven, is that they can scam innocent people out of money!
Our mortgage was sold to EMC in 1998. Our previous mortgage company informed us that our mortgage had been sold and that we should hear from our new mortgage company soon. We went six months without any idea where to send out mortgage payments. Then we received a late bill along with late fees that was so large we almost went bankrupt!
We are always late on our mortgage payments no matter how early we send them. There are Bogus charges constantly added! We owe more now then we did before our mortgage was sold!
They are raising our mortgage. They have us 8000.00 in arrears and late fees, even though we pay our mortgage monthly! They are constantly threating to forclose! The more money we send them the more money we owe!
I really hate to see that other people have to go through this too!
If we get together I'm sure we could get something done about this.
