I was deceived by this credit card collection agency / agent posing as a mortgage company loss litigation officer, claiming my house would be foreclosed on if i didnt send money immediately. I asked him several times if it was for the property next door and he replied that it was. Now the house is in foreclosure and i stand to lose more than $17,000.00 in equity (house is in lease option that matures in february)
I was approved by chase hm for a repayment plan which had been approved, but he offered a better deal for what he called a loan modification. I have all documents / records supporting my claims.
