This company has 8 collections on my credit report (originally about 23 that from the 7 year reporting deadline-expired). All of these items are from my daughters birth in 1999 and first partial year of health care.in the court orders between me and her father - the judge ordered him to get health insurance and pay 50 % of the uncovered balance, i was ordered to do the same. I got her on state medicaid and paid all medical expenses from that point on including the copays and medicines from before the orders. Her father did nothing. The 50% i should have paid was about 100.00 instaed - i paid over 3,000.00. Theses bills are legally his responsibility and should be on his credit report - not mine! Credit systems inc knows all of this and will not bill him, even though he is willing to pay now. It is unfair for them to refuse to bill the legal debtor and instaed destroy my credit and hopes of financial security. They not that i am not legally responsible for the debts but still refuse to do the right thing.
