They ruined my credit wont report payoff to trans union, they have no customer service. Ripoff

They have no customer service. They ruined my credit, i payed them off and they didnt report this to trans union. Mailed them a letter and it was returned as non existing address, cant talk to anyone. They dont give you that option when you call they are the ones who caused me to gointo debt. Cant resolve this.
