The credit reporting agencies (trans union-experion-equifax) give out your credit report to enybody like it is candy.
I have inquiries on my reports from companies that I have never heard of. I have called some of these companies and a lot of them told me that we look at enyones credit report that we want to, and we do not need permission to do so.
I am sure they need written permission to look at someones credit report. Is it not a violation of the FCRA or the FCPA?
