I have sent a total of 4 (four) certified letters quoting the cease & decist for stopping telephone calls from IC system. I even got a letter back from them stating that they had ceased calls as of October 17th. I thought all was great until the calls started coming again on the 29th, since October 29th, Ive gotten an average of 8-15 calls per day, all from IC System with the Caller ID # of 651-204-1329. This is CLEARLY harassment, even AFTER I got their letter saying they would stop.
These guys are RUTHLESS and are doing ILLEGAL things!
