Have been receiving multiple calls from this company from multiple numbers and persons. The latest is a Miss Tucker requesting that we call her back at 800-221-8887. This came yesterday at 5:36pm, long after they had received and confirmed our Cease Communications Letter.
They have yet to identify themselves or the reasons for their calls. They don't even identify who they are calling for.
And, the so called case number is so garbled that we can't figure out whether they are saying all numbers or numbers and letters.
As I understand it, all of the above is illegal. I know for a fact that the calls continuing after they have received a Cease Communications notice is illegal.
Does anyone know a competent attorney who works on contingent basis?
