First National Bank Fort Collins
Double Charged, Reported Repo, Told to fix by FRCA and Comptroller of Currancy Ripoff

First National Bank of Fort Collins, Loveland is a RIP OFF. I had done business with them for years had multiple accounts and several car loans with them. I was less then 30 days late they repo'ed my BMW sent no notice of right to cure and sold my car while I was away. I returned to find the car gone. The car was reported on my credit as a repo, sold to a collection agency and again reported as a repo. I owed about $5000 less then what the car was worth yet they said I still owed $3000 after the car was sold. I know a car dealer and I know wholesale prices and what the car sold for at auction. So the car should have had a positive balance owed to me. I explained my situation to the credit bureaus, the FRCA and the comptroller of currancy and recieved a response from them telling me I was right. First National Bank refuses to remove the items from my report after being ordered to by the Comptroller of currancy and the FRCA. I guess they are too important to listen to them. I have had numerous family members and business owners locally close accounts with them and as a DJ have advised hundreds of others to not do business with this bank. Hopefully I can make this mistake cost them thousands for what they have done to me and my credit rating. If anyone can help me out or knows of further action please advise.
