Credit Report Lists Balance With No Records of Opening It

I received my credit report and noticed that Jefferson Capital Fingerhut had that I owe a balance. There is no information of this account in any of my own personal records. This information is fraudulent and should be removed off of my account especially since there is no physical evidence that I even opened this particular account. They are a rip off company
