Ripoff sending a collections letter regarding 95.60 aol bill! Wrong!

I received a collections letter regarding a $96.50 charge due to America Online, Inc. Well I called immediately to find out more and they NEVER answer the phone so I got curious and looked them up on the internet - that's where I found that there are quite a few complaints regarding the exact same thing! Don't pay! It's a Scam!
