This so-called Federal Bank, is in reality a debt collector. It doesn't operate in any ay like a true bank but is sloppy in book keeping, often misleading, and unresponsive to their customers. Get away from them as fast as you can you they will ultimately sink you in Late Fees, erroneous postings, duplicate payments, and inexperienced untrained customer service reps.
