Grant Seeker Pro ripoff, lied over the phone to sell product to me, I got billed from two different companies, one for the website and the other for a book? California

Person told me over the phone that they would send me papers that all I had to do was fill in the blanks and they do the rest. I got a book that told me I had to do all these other things.

Then I started getting billed every month from two seperate companies. The first i received a refund, but the second which supposably was for the website access would not refund me and the lady was really rude. Sounded like the lady who ripped me off when she sold me the program over the phone.
