I followed their instructions exactly as they said per theirprogram. I mailed off the grant application to the dept per the CDinstructions. I did this all on May 02. I have never heard athing about it. Its like I mailed it to shredder. They have beencharging my credit card 99.00 a month for the past 7 months. I consider this is a scam tocharge my credit card. Oh by the way, I have not one red cent of the grantmoney I was to receive.
