First Capital Consumers Group
Ripoff "Thank you" fraudulent business

Thank goodness I had stumbled onto your site while making sure First Capital was legit! I was just victimized today, about an hour or so ago, and boy are they good! I was promised TWO credit cards - each with a 2,500$ balance on them, no annual, monthly, or yearly fee. PLUS a free Hewlett Packard computer system, a Samsung cellphone, AND an Ecostar sattelite system! I had a million questions for "Michelle Williams" suposedly the supervisor who had been there 10 years. They weren't going to debit my account until next week, because I demanded it in writing where me and my husband could sit down and discuss it. She said this was a one time only thing and I couldn't call her back or anything, that she was in the "processing" stage all day. I mentioned my husband woud kill me if I went through with something like this, but I thought I'd take a chance and risk the 219.00$. She said not to worry, that they were totally legit and that it is done through federal banking laws or else that would be credit and bank fraud{You think?! } We could even call for an extension of our debit date if we needed to. Here's the kicker—I called three diffrent times to make sure their phone number wasn't one just made up, BUT you can't get through! I got sent to a recording saying "all operators are currently busy. Please call back." When I decided to hang on the line for a minute, it said, "Are you still there? Operators are currently busy". Then again "are you still there?" After a third time it says" "All operators are currently busy. Please call back. Goodbye"! First of all, I think that is just about the RUDEST answering service I've ever heard, and second, If you wanna get throught to these people, make sure you got time to kill in order to get through! {By the way, after I decided to risk the offer, I called my husband at work and told him about it, and he ripped me a new one verbally! I should have listened to him-he can smell scams a mile away! } I of course went right to my bank's website and cancelled my voided check - It cost me $29.00, but that's a whole lot better that $219.00! Oh, and one more thing. When Tom Alexander called from the security department to make sure all my information was correct so that it could be processed, I've seen Rhinos with hemmoroids warmer than he was! I tried to ask him a question, -if they had a website so I could fully look over the entire company in possible detail, he said "just call the customer service number {the 416-488-4664} goodbye!" And hung up on me! I write all of this A: for all those who can relate and know, don't feel bad - there's one more sucker worse than you! {no offense if it brought any} And B: THANK YOU complaint for somehow materializing onto my screen and saving me a whole lot of headaches! I will DEFINITLY reccomend your site to anyone I know! Sincerely, Blind & Naive in ManassasNoreenManassas, Virginia
