When I got home this evening, there was a message on my answering machine. It was a female voice stating, "You need to contact Ken Hughes immediately at 888-249-1037. This is not a solicitation call." I jotted the info down. My husband nor I could figure out who Ken Hughes was. I told my husband I would call them in the morning. Then I decided to "Google" Ken Hughes and lo and behold what should I find but your fantastic website. I followed the advice and simply wrote a letter as suggested and my husband will mail it certified in the morning. Thanks so much for the insight!!!
