I bought some merchandise. The store owner switched it as I left. I took it back and notified discover card. They would not credit my account because the ripoff merchant said I did not return it. I called discover. They told me "proove you returned the merchandise " I took the guy to court and won! I sent them the reports from the court.
Discover told me to collect the money and send it to them.
Discover still bugs me to pay them, when I tell them what happened they still say "get the money and send it to us" this has been since 1995.
The latest is they are offering me to pay half so they can help me restore my credit. Some nerve!
