I have a debit in the amount of $139.95 taken from my checking account from Platimun Benefit Group (PBG) of Bank First. I never signed up for a credit card. I called 800 number provided by my bank and everytime I called a rep would answer and pretend that they couldn't hear me. The would say there static on the phone or just out right "could not hear me."
Once I finally got through to a rep, who by the way cough profusely in my ear, I was told that I had agreed to the card and fees and that she had my voice recorded. Also that if I called back on Thusrday she would play it for me. I have never been so insulted. I filed a complaint with BBB and hopefully something will be done. My bank is less than cooperative about stopping payment but say that if I came in and file an affidavit and change my account I can dispute the charges and have the fees removed. It's a hassel but I'll do what's needful.
