PBG (platinum benefit group) took $139.95 from my checking account on 3/18/08. I call them advised them that I did not authorize this transaction and that it was without my knowledge. They played a re-cording of a woman giving out my account info, I could not recognize the woman voice or Identify who she was. It clearly was not a male voice and my name is James A. Moore. I advise PBG of this after I heard the re-cording they re-fused to credit my account. I call my Bank and they took a report and we filled out federal regulation form E, my bank said they will an answer for me in 72 hours.
