Ripoff incorrect reporting on credit report

I have been tring for 1 year to get this company to correct my credit report but they keep telling me it's right. We refinanced our house in january and they are reporting us 90 days late in 1/05 and now they are reporting us for june. What is with these people and the credit reporting agencys? All we can do is dispute the repost and nothing gets done about it. I have even went as far as to ask for the documents that select portfolio sent to the credit agencys. All I get told is we dont have any! Ggo figure and I still get no answers
