Fairbanks Capitol ripoff fraudulent foreclosure proceedings fraudulent remarks on credit report

Select Portfolio Servicing bought our loan that went into a Ch. 7 Bankruptcy. They are reporting foreclosure proceedings started. Under Bankruptcy laws they cannot do anything, I do not owe anyone for the debt. They are trying to collect on a discharged debt.
