AmSouth Bank successfully has taken $150.00 from our checking account claiming that it was our fault. We typically transfer monies from another account into our checking account and we do this bi-weekly. According to the bank we did not transfer any money into our account and now they are charging $150.00 in fees. The manager admitted that we were correct and refunded an amount of $72.00 because it was partly their fault but would not grant the entire amount back to us. The manager also admitted that he could see where we logged on to the computer but refused to admit that it was a banking era. They are now keeping the rest of their so called fees.
