My brother had taken out a loan with People's Choice Home Loan, also known as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) in November. My brother had died 11 months later unexpectedly on October 21. I was served legal papers by the sheriff in Smith County Texas on September 25, demanding payment for the loan plus attorney fees or they are going to foreclose on the loan. My name or signature was not on the loan. I sent a letter to the slimy scum-bag attorney informing him that he is chicken shit for trying to collect money from a dead man. I also sent this crooked mortgage company a letter stating that I am defending myself, so bring your *&*& on.
I am not paying these crooks a penny. I am also not intimidated by their blue jean lawyer in West Des Moines, Iowa. I have informed the Judge in Mitchell County Iowa of the unprofessional and unethical conduct by People's Choice Home Loan's blue jean lawyer Mark D. Walz. Their tactics are for harassment purposes only. I have also informed the scumbags at People's Choice Home Loan that I will report them to ROR. People's Choice Home Loan is a rip-off, and is very disrespectful to families who have lost love ones.
