National Recovery Agency was hired by a bogus website entitled "Gettysburg Stoneworks" to collect a debt which the website was felt owed to them. Gettysburg Stoneworks sent an order of product and mistakenly included extra items in the order as well as mis-quoting the order by $1,670.25. The buyer refused to pay the extra monies and insisted that Gettysburg Stoneworks pick up the extra product at their expense.
In an exhausted effort to collect monies felt owed to them, Gettysburg Stoneworks contracted National Recovery Agency to collect the debt. It was proven to National Recovery Agency that Gettysburg Stoneworks was in the wrong through a contract which was later modified by Gettysburg Stoneworks in their favor.
Nevertheless, National Recovery Agency, in an effort to be paid by Gettysburg Stoneworks sent a collections notice to credit agencies showing a non-payment of $1,670.25.
