Mr. Rodriguez called my 77 yr. Old father and told him about my credit card debt. He threatened suit & disclosed name of creditor and amount of the debt which happens to be significant.
He also attempted to negotiate a settlement agreement with my father for my bill! I am 44 years old, have worked at the same place for 20 years and lived in the same house for 14 years.
It is unethical and illegal for him to discuss private financial information with anyone but myself. I am not disputing the debt, only the amount and this company's collection practices. I will write to the attorney general next because of the threats.
