So this is a company that says they can help ANYONE get a loan. Ok, too good to be true - my credit is bad and I should have known better. I tell you, I admit, I was suckered in by the "As seen on TV" on their web site. I figured $99 was a small price to pay - especially if they could find me a different lender I couldn't find on the regular internet search.
The web site says; "Of course, this fee is fully refundable per our policy if we are unable to match you to at least ONE lender who approves you! That is why so many people use our service, we are risk free!"
So I applied in November - it is now Sept. I have sent them a total of 20 emails - the first few emails told them I couldn't find a lender with the first 6 they sent me. Some of them were places I had already tried - the others were places like Citibank - which told you upfront that I could not apply due to my bankruptcy (well why send this one to me - I put on my application I had a bankruptcy!)
They sent me a reply saying they would do another search for me - i did not hear back after that. So I mailed them my documentation and asked ofr a refund. Simple? Hmmmm NOT!
On Jan 4 I sent an email checking my refund status - they replied back i must wait a full 30 days. Jan 26 I sent another email checking the status - they replied that they would forward my request to accounting.
Here we go almost 8 months later (I have been sending them at least one email per month - always the same message - asking them to reply about my refund) I decide to send my 11th email since January - same message - except this time I add SCAM ARTIST in the body... WOW! They wrote back - only not very nicely.
My message:
Does ANYONE ever answer your emails? SCAM ARTIST!

Hello - again I am emailing to check on my refund status. I looked at your web site and this is the only email address I have for any kind of hope to get this resolved. If you are not going to give me a refund - even though your web site claims it will - please let me know. If I need to talk to someone else - please send me that contact info. Since this is my 14th email I guess I can assume you guys are a bunch of scam artists. Please respond back with something. Its been almost 5 months since I sent in my request for a refund.
Their message:
Your refund was DENIED 7 months ago. We replied
to your MULTIPLE emails stating so. You did not
send in the required documents. Do not email
us further.
Funny... Now ok - lets give them the benefit of the doubt - 'maybe" their message went to my spam folder - but AMAZING this particular message made it thru to my inbox... Hmmmmmm
What do you want to bet that if I pushed further they would say that I didn't officially get a denial letter from Citibank (I did however send them a print out of the page saying I couldn't qualify and finish the application due to my bankruptcy) thats why I didn't get the refund.
I long ago gave up any hope of getting my $99 back - I just want anyone who is thinking about paying these people any money - please DON'T! You can very easily find the same list of lenders on your own with a simple internet search - if you need help let me know and I won't rip you off for $100!

I have every email I sent you - there was no reply. I DID send you the documentation required.
I didn't really believe you could help me get a loan but I thought I would try it out anyway - since you said it was "guarenteed"... I guess you are just like what the "Rip off" web site states you were... Hope your company enjoyed my $99
