Cca would not refund the money they debited out of my account, but yet they claimed that they would send a voucher to cover the cost of the fee. All this happens even though i request for them to close the account. Now on top of that i have recieved a bill for 397.85 on top of the 198.00 they debited. I have not recieved money back nor merchandise nor credit. I call and they talked to me real bad. Even the floor manager.
