A gentleman name Ray Yepez came to my business and said he could save me money on my credit card machine. What he was pitching sounded real good so I decided to try it. I never seen the contract until after I received machine. He said I would save enough money on fees to make up cost of machine. I trusted him because he has been doing my electrical refunds for several years. The machine that I had he said could not be programmed which was a Verifone and that I would need a new machine and check cashing machine. So I found out this was false and returned machine and changed bank account. So if anyone wants to pursue legal action against MBF Leasing I will join them. I was scammed the same way everyone else was and was happy to find this website so we can do something about these frauds!!!
