I attempted to puschase a car with Square Trade as back up if anything went worng and after getting ripped off by the seller I applied to Square Trade and had to pay for a medicater and they never responded but charged my credit card for the mediator fee. The advertisment with the seller guarenteed reibursement in 48 hours if I sent the money through Western Union and filled a complaint with in 72 hours. Well I did all this and haven't heard from anyone in any form. I have filed a comoplaint with the GBI and local sheriff Dept and U.S. Trade Commision. I may never see my money again but I will let everyone I come in contact with about this and about Sqaure Trade. If they are not responivble then they need to get busy and try to catch the person or persons that are using thier name an advertisement with thier logo on it.
