Well, turns out this place is a great way to vent on this company. Funny, i was jus tlooking for the physical address to mail in my payment sinc ethey only list a po box that ups refuses to deliver to.
We refinanced our house this time last year after having this mortgage since 97 and it was the biggest mistake of our lives. Our very first mortgage payment was told to be missing and since we were getting close to our grac eperiod ending they told us, and assured us, that we could give them a check by phone for our mortgage ($1100) and they would put a note in the system that if and when the mortgage check was found or turned up to disregard and destroy it. Of course, they didn't so inside of one week's time, we had $2200 come out of our bank account. Now, we are not in any way ric hpeople... We live practically paycheck to paycheck and this sunk our account into a negtive sum or $1000. Now, my husband has direct deposit so while all of our other payments which are mostly automatic payments, about 4 checks a week alone in tool bills, and several other bills that checks were sent out on began to bounce. Our credi tunion harges $20.00 for every one that bounces and my hubby's direct despoit (nothing we c0ould stop) was going directly into a hole thast not ony never filled up but kept getting deeper because now i was paying all of the bills with my checks instead of paying ur vehicle payments which of course got us in trouble with our credit and got us close to losing our cars and our boat.
These people, not only with a conversation taed, would not reverse that payment they took so we ended up being ahead on the mortgage but crying to the tune of almost $2000 in bounce check and automatic fees (most of which go through twice) and after two months and everyone threatening to shut off our lights, water, take our cars and totally turning our lives upside down, got a whopping check of $200 from these a$holes.
Now, that was last year... This year has been a nightmare. Our mortgage ach did not go through stilo negative from what they had alraeay done to us almost 3 miinths later) so the yrefuse to take anything but moneygram or western union payments or i haver to mail in money orders.
I send in money orders twice a month to make our payments and the whole time they are alling me telling me they haven't received anything. Once i end them ups tracking numbers they claim that no payments are poste until complete. And the late fees??? I'm carrying $176 in late fees from the whole fiasco from last year because i refuse to pay late fees on a check they lost, posted, and then screwed up my entire life over,
they call every single day, at home and work to ge ttheir stupid late fees... I told the last woman who called in my nicet southern bell voice to politely F&^* off... Think i'm wrong?
