Poor service!

I received a letter from my existing mortgage company who stated "according to the terms of my mortgage you are required to maintain insurance coverage for your home from windstorm and hail". Upon reading my mortgage, it says nothing to the fact. I am in the process of paying off this mortgage and the existing mortgage company has placed "forced insurance" for windstorm / hail. I have disputed with them and they insist I must pay it, even though it was not required according to the original mortgage.
