I am not a customer of Lobel but my husband is. I am not on the title and we weren't married when he bought his vehicle. They have harrassed my parents and me but refuse to deal with my husband. Making statements like "he needs to be a man a deal with this" and being rude. I am apalled at there customer service and general business dealings.
I did not give them the number they are currently calling nor do i know how they have a number i just recieved. They feeling free to give information about my husband to anyone they can call and talk to not caring if it is me or my parents. They use vulgar language and scare tatics to get informations.
They refuse to give payout information and when they do all they do is guess. There are way too many incidents with this company to list.
