Typical Collect America Franchisee. He preys on people who don't know their consumer rights. Employs slacker phone jockeys who don't follow the FDCPA, or maybe don't care if they abide by the law or not. This guy runs a FOR PROFIT troubled youth center... Probably hoping to get to know his debtors in advance. Check out his website, and notice there is nothing about his dirty dealings w / the collection world. Get these idiots on tape. I did, and now await his lawsuit which I'll meet w / the abundance of FDCPA violations. Him and his greedy wife don't want to deal they just want the money any way they can get it. I tried to play fair, but unfortunately outfits like this don't, and quickly turned me into an angry consumer. File complaints w / the BBB, FTC, your AG & CA AG. Don't let scumbags like this ruin your life.
