Ripoff bank of america scams the blue collar people

My wife and i have been recently taken advantage of by bank of america.

It all started this past july. My wife went to the bank to transfer money from savings to checking because a payment was going to go through soon. She wrote a check out for 280. Oo and then deposited it right back into her account. Minus 50. Cash that she took out. What she meant to do was take 280. Out of savings and then put 230 into her checking.

She did not realize the mistake until her account was - 300.00 dollars negative because four days later b.O. A had to transfer the money she meant to do that day on the 17th. So they did it and charged her 10 dollars for that transfer and 30 for a bounced fee.in the mean time she was still using her check card.

She deposited some rent money in the bank. When you make a deposit the bank does not tell you your balance only what you deposited (another one of their scamming). If they would have showed her what was in her account when she made her deposits red flags would have come up. Leaving her to wonder why so little was in her account. But bank of america loves to take advantage of people, that's why the system they have makes them the most money.

We called them when we noticed the mistake was made. They told us that it is not their problem and basically they are not there to question the transaction when I think that any normal person would have said to her "do you realize what u are doing here".. And corrected the mistake that she was making. So in the end they told us that's her mistake and that she should fix it. I told them that they could have called us or emailed us something when they saw that she was still spending.instead they were allowing transactions to occur while charging her $33 for each charge she made by check card, which is messed up.

They made 300 dollars off of me by this one mistake which thay should have fixed with all of their "bank protection" they so say they use.

After investigating them further I realized that they don't do a lot of things that normal banks do. They don't allow your deposit to post the day you make it so it you have a check out there and you need to put money in the bank to do it to cover it you're screwed because one of my deposits didn't go through until four days later. If you are an average blue collar worker trying to get ahead, they will get you first and legitimately rob you red handed.
