Collection Ripoff calls on accounts that are current

My husband and I are receiving collection calls on our cell phones for an account with Monteray that is free and clear of past due amounts.in fact the account holds a zero balance at this time.

I believe this is not legal and I am hoping to get information somewhere that lets me know what our next step should be.
